This past week or so, while I’ve been back home from Uni, I’ve been back at the gym, exercising like crazy, and eating really cleanly too and I’m feeling so much better for it already. I’m also so much happier and motivated in other aspects of my life as a result.

It’s
strange though, I feel like I’m back in my marathon training routine again and that
no time has passed whatsoever. I don’t feel like I’ve been at Uni at all!
